Raining Rose Inc. Acquires Solar Advertising Inc.

Raining Rose Inc., Cedar Rapids, Iowa, announced that it has acquired Fort Collins, Colorado-based Solar Advertising Inc.

Raining Rose will incorporate Solar Advertising Inc.'s promotional lip balm products, including Natural LipFusion and Natural SugarBalm, into its existing product line. All employees also will join Raining Rose as part of the transition.

"Raining Rose and Solar Advertising have shared passion for high quality lip balm, and we have very similar visions about how to serve our customers and run a business," Chuck Hammond, CEO of Raining Rose Inc., said in a press release. "We've very excited to be working with this company, and we look forward to showing Solar Advertising clients what Raining Rose has to offer in both an expanded product line and an expanded service staff."

Raining Rose Inc. will maintain its corporate office in Cedar Rapids, and the Solar Advertising Inc. team will continue to work from its Fort Collins sales office.
