Deluxe Corp. Acquires B&B Solutions

Deluxe Corp., Shoreview, Minn., announced that it has acquired Mabelvale, Arkansas-based B&B Solutions. Financial terms of the deal are not available.

According to Cameron Potts, vice president of public relations for Deluxe Corp., customers can refer to B&B Solutions as "B&B Solutions, a Deluxe Corp. company." B&B Solutions also will continue to operate in its current location.

"Deluxe is a growth engine for small businesses," Potts said. "B&B Solutions specializes in selling directly to business, which aligns with our business model. The acquisition helps Deluxe continue to build our suite of small business marketing services, delivering end-to-end solutions for all of our customers. Customers of both companies will enjoy a broader range in product offerings and an online user experience that will enhance the customer's overall experience."
