The Vernon Company Announces New VP of Sales and Marketing

The Vernon Company, Newton, Iowa, has announced the addition of Lisa Hubbard as the company’s new vice president of sales and marketing, effective Nov. 16, 2020.

Hubbard brings with her more than 20 years of sales and marketing leadership experience. She most recently served as vice president of sales, and previously vice president of digital sales and marketing, at Premier Safety and YRC Freight. In those roles, Hubbard was instrumental in developing multiple sales teams—field and inside—and top customer success utilizing technology; differentiated pricing; targeted promotions; and digital tools, including SEO and e-commerce solutions.

She also brings extensive logistics and supply chain experience, and won the AA ISP Innovator of the Year award in 2019, and the 2017 Road to Excellence award while at YRC Freight.

Hubbard graduated from AIB College of Business with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.

After 31 years with the Vernon Company, most recently in his key role of vice president of sales and marketing, Dave Regan will retire officially in the summer of 2021. He will continue to be of service to the organization throughout 2021 under the new title of senior vice president of sales and marketing.
