BDA Appoints Company Veteran as Managing Director of Philippines In-Country Sales Enablement and Operations

Bensussen Deutsch & Associates LLC (BDA), Woodinville, Washington, announced the appointment of Rick Orlowski as as managing director, in-country sales enablement and operations. Bringing more than a decade of experience in progressive leadership roles at BDA, Orlowski takes on the managing director position overseeing all groups in Manila, as well as the opening of the newest BDA office in the region.

Bringing deep knowledge of the agency's DNA, Orlowski has a proven track record of mastering several managerial roles within different functions. Prior to his managing director appointment, he served as the director of sales and customer experience training, where he oversaw BDA's global sales team, aligning technical, operational, sales, and CX training to strategic growth initiatives and new business development. Before that, Orlowski held national account manager and national account director roles at BDA.
