Namifiers LLC, Springville, Utah, announced the hire of Greg Thredgold as the company's new customer service manager.
Thredgold will have responsibility over department training, customer relations, call center expansion, and growth initiatives with existing Namifiers clients.
Thredgold brings more than 20 years of experience in customer service and corporate training. He has been instrumental in developing successful training programs and call centers for organizations such as Stevens Henager College, E. Excel International, Continental Promotion Group, and Phone Directories Company. Some of his direct achievements include managing service to $400 million in annual accounts, increasing call center productivity by 1100 percent and streamlining work practices to create a yearly net savings of $225,000.
