HALO Branded Solutions Purchases Clean Fun Promotional Marketing

HALO Branded Solutions, Sterling, Ill., announced that it has acquired the assets of Costa Mesa, California-based Clean Fun Promotional Marketing in an auction. HALO Branded Solutions purchased the company's assets from Delivery Agent as part of the latter's restructuring.

"The Clean Fun team will make an immediate and positive impact for HALO and, in return, HALO will be able to provide Clean Fun account executives with additional resources ... to support their efforts with a blue-chip client roster," said Jim Stutz, executive vice president of HALO Branded Solutions.
