Recognize $1,000 Prospects
So what about the $1,000 prospect? How different are they from the $100 prospect? Are there at least 50 people working in the office or members of the group? Do they have lots of clients to give stuff to? Do they exhibit at trade shows? The trade show question is big. Any prospects that spend enough money to exhibit at a trade show are solid prospects. They obviously understand that money spent marketing is money well spent. One thousand dollar prospects also have lots of promotional products, either in their office or on their body. If your next door neighbor is always wearing a different shirt, jacket or hat with his employer’s logo, his company is a $1,000 prospect. If you meet a friend at his or her office for lunch and he or she has a shelf full of different promotional products, he or she is a $1,000 prospect.
