G-III Apparel Group Ltd.'s fiscal second-quarter earnings fell 13 percent as charges related to its acquisition of a luxury resort brand and higher costs masked a rise in sales.
The company raised its full-year outlook, now forecasting per-share earnings of $2.68 to $2.78 and sales of $1.41 billion, compared with its previous guidance of earnings between $2.62 and $2.72 a share and $1.35 billion in sales.
