Only a few short months ago, denim was on life support. So is it possible that the once ubiquitous category, which saw its sales tumble as consumers traded in their jeans for yoga pants, is finally positioned for a comeback?
Though the activewear trend is still firing on all cylinders, there have been some recent green shoots in the blue jean market. Just last week, Gap CEO Art Peck told investors that the company is "seeing a little bit of life" in denim.
