Today's guest on the podcast is Phil Koosed, chief strategy officer of SGC, the parent company of the distributor BAMKO. Koosed joins Brendan to talk about something he's been spending long hours on in addition to his job in the promotional products industry.

For years, Koosed has been involved in relief efforts in Syria through the program Save the Syrian Children. Following the devastating earthquake on February 6, Koosed has been working almost around the clock to coordinate relief efforts and raise funds for those affected in Syria and Turkey.

Koosed discusses everything this challenge presents here and abroad, how his career in the promotional products industry has prepared him for this high-stress environment, and how others in the promotional products industry and beyond can get involved.
