Cutter & Buck, based in Seattle, has renewed for a second year its exclusive apparel sponsorship of PGA Magazine’s Merchandiser of the Year Conference. This prestigious gathering of PGA professionals will take place in Orlando, Fla., prior to January’s PGA Merchandise Show, and engages the expertise of golf’s best merchandisers in identifying best practices that can be shared with the 27,000 other member professionals of the PGA of America.

But Cutter & Buck was able to leave both venues with its own sense of triumph, having sold more than 40,000 units translating into nearly $3 million in retail sales.
Cutter & Buck, based in Seattle, has named Laura Saiki as its new golf product line director. Saiki, who spent the past six years at Pebble Beach Company as a private label buyer, brings more than 20 years of experience in the golf industry to the position.

Building on the success of the Pitchfix golf divot tool launched in January, EMT has announced a new quick-turn golf hat clip with ball marker.
The new clip features a stock die struck design and two different ball marker options. Full color ball markers with epoxy dome include eight-working day standard production, with rush service available. Die-struck soft enamel ball markers are available in as few as 15 working days.
Anne Broholm has been appointed chief executive officer of Ahead, and Chuck Lord has been appointed chief operating officer. Ahead is a member of New Wave Group AB, a Swedish firm with several businesses in the promotional products industry, including Cutter & Buck and Sagaform.
