Beacon Promotions Inc., New Ulm, Minn., recently announced the addition of Mike Brodeur, chief financial officer, to its leadership team. Visstun, Digispec and CounterPoint recently hired Grace LeDonneRoy to fill the role of customer care representative. As part of her new position, she will offer support to her Visstun, Digispec and CounterPoint sales colleagues as well as work to enhance the customer-vendor experience.

ETS Express Inc., Oxnard, Calif., has named a number of new appointments, including two regional sales managers and a stragetic account manager. Cristina Ysselstein, Jeff Hinds and Derek Hansen have all joined the drinkware company.

Pahang was born and raised in Alaska and moved to Las Vegas to pursue a bachelor's of science degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. As part of her new position, Pahang will coordinate and execute all sales-related off-site visits and tradeshows as well as research, plan, and book any additional travel opportunities that will increase customer relations.

Xpres LLC announced the addition of Doug Terry, president of TerryTorry Marketing, to its expanding list of multi-line representatives. Teavana has announced a recall of more than a dozen glass tumblers following reports that the items have spontaneously broken, shattered or exploded unexpectedly. The company has recalled 11 glass tumblers and two tea sets after more than 300 complaints from customers.

H&M, in conjunction with the Consumer Product Safety Commission, has issued a second recall for water bottles sold at its stores throughout the U.S. The water bottles were originally recalled in September 2012, and about 200 units have been sold since then.
