Starline USA Inc. recently announced it's now open later this holiday season to serve customers better with any inquiries or questions. Its customer care department is now open from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday, and as of October 14, its inside sales department will be open 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. from Monday to Thursday.

Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) has announced Mike Schenker, MAS, regional sales manager for Dard Products Inc., as the 2014 PPAI Distinguished Service Award honoree during PPAI's North American Leadership Conference in Chicago. The PPAI Distinguished Service Award recognizes PPAI members who consistently contribute their skills and expertise toward the betterment of the association through volunteer service and leadership.
