Trevose, Pennsylvania-based Broder Bros., Co. has announced that the company will be opening a new distribution center in Denver. The 63,500 sq.-ft. warehouse and showroom will be located at 9931 East 47th Avenue. The opening is scheduled for Oct. 25, 2010 with an accompanying grand opening event being held at the distribution center for customers on Oct. 28, 2010.

Midlothian, Texas-based Ennis, Inc., a manufacturer of printed business products & apparel, has acquired certain assets of Atlas Tag & Label, Inc., headquartered in Neenah, Wis. No significant liabilities were assumed in the transactions and the transaction closed on September 30, 2010.
Los Angeles-based American Apparel Inc., a vertically integrated manufacturer, distributor, and retailer of branded fashion basic apparel, announced that on September 30, 2010 it entered into an amendment to its credit agreement with Lion Capital which, among other things, eliminates the minimum Consolidated EBITDA covenant for the dates through and including December 31, 2010, and provides for the minimum Consolidated EBITDA covenant to be tested monthly during 2011.
