Souders Brand Marketing Acquires Visions by Phoenix

The Distributor Exchange announced today that Trish Barone of Latham, New York-based distributor Souders Brand Marketing has acquired Ocean Township, New Jersey-based distributor Visions by Phoenix.

Barone and Souders Brand Marketing, an independent distributor affiliate of iPROMOTEu, has been in business since 1997.

“Lorene and Danielle Manning, owners of Visions by Phoenix, really matched my work ethic," Barone said. "We both work very hard at responsiveness, customer service and creative ideas.”

Manning will continue working with Souders Brand Marketing for a period of time to help ensure that her customers enjoy a smooth transition.

The Distributor Exchange introduced the parties to each other, and guided both parties through the entire process culminating in the successful sale.
