Ennis Announces Organizational Changes to Print Segment
Effective immediately, Midlothian, Texas-based Ennis Inc. is restructuring its print segment, which includes personnel reorganization in operations and sales.
Terry Pennington has assumed the position of vice president of sales. He will lead the national sales team and oversee all sales functions for the print segment. Pennington will assist Dale Donati during the transition from his previous position as vice president and business unit director over half the print segment manufacturing facilities.
Donati, vice president operations, will now oversee all print segment manufacturing facilities and their respective general managers will report directly to him. Donati has assumed responsibility for all plant operational needs and any initiatives currently in progress. Steven Osterloh, director of marketing, will continue to oversee marketing and e-commerce for the print segment.
All three individuals will continue to report directly to Michael Magill, executive vice president. Magill said, “We feel that this reorganization most effectively streamlines the company to deal with meeting our sales goals, e-commerce initiatives, ERP migration and operational plans.”
Ennis Inc. is primarily engaged in the production of and sale of business forms, apparel and other business products. The company is one of the largest private-label printed business product suppliers in the U.S. Headquartered in Midlothian, Texas, the company has production and distribution facilities strategically located throughout the U.S., Mexico and Canada.
