Proforma Marcom Solutions, owned by Brian Kwiatkowski, has acquired Eastern Advertising Novelty. The distributor, based in Marlborough, Mass., will operate as Eastern Advertising Novelty powered by Proforma. Financial terms of the deal were not released.

Founded in 1947, Eastern Advertising Novelty is one of the oldest advertising specialty products companies in the country. Through the acquisition, Eastern Advertising Novelty powered by Proforma will significantly expand its marketing services to include multimedia services, e-commerce websites, commercial printing, mobile marketing and more. The core team owner Stephen Dinoia will remain on staff.
