Proforma Affiliate Owner Acquires $2M Distributor

Mike Durkee, owner of Proforma Durkee in Charlotte, N.C., announced the acquisition of a $2 million promotional products distributor that is focused exclusively on the medical market. Durkee is a member of Proforma’s 5 Million Dollar Club with 2019 sales of more than $6 million.

“The Proforma mergers and acquisitions teams generated the lead, and helped with negotiations and documentation,” said Durkee. “Proforma’s leading, fully-integrated business management and e-commerce technology platforms were also a major factor. The seller aligned with our corporate vision and felt that with our go-to market strategies, he could earn more money and focus on what he enjoys most.”
