The company also recently updated its Web site (www.norwood.com) and added a number of online marketing tools that help distributors market their products by theme, event and industry. In light of growing concern about product safety, Norwood also launched Safety Search in July of this year.
Registered distributors can log-in and access product safety test results for over 3,000 of Norwood’s 4,300 products by simply entering the product’s item number (results are continually being added until the entire line is represented). “These are just a few of our distributor solutions,” Simone continued. “We know that it is incumbent upon us to develop easy, turn-key selling tools that will support sales through current economic conditions. We will continue to keep our focus on our distributors’ needs and provide more innovative products and service-related solutions for 2009.”
