Koozie Group Promotes Phil Gergen to Chief Information Officer

Koozie Group, Clearwater, FL, announced this week that it has promoted Phil Gergen to chief information officer. Gergen assumed his new duties on June 1.

Gergen has been with Koozie Group for more than 20 years, most recently acting as senior vice president of technology. Under his leadership, the company has introduced industry-leading technologies that support first-in-class customer service, including recent enhancements to the Koozie Group Tracker and providing secure, easy access to order-related information.

In his new role, he will lead the digital, technical, and IT systems teams to continuously improve the customer service experience, increase the company's integration with its customers, and align the organization's digital tools and presence.

Gergen actively works with other technology leaders to bring digital transformation to the promotional products industry. He has been involved with PromoStandards since its inception, and currently acts as the organization's treasurer. He is excited to contribute to this work, which reduces friction in transactions across the industry and eases the ordering process from start to finish.
