HPI Emblem Launches Patch Education Web site for End-Users
Los Angeles-based HPI Emblem announced it has developed an end-user safe Web site to help distributors educate their customers about patches. The informational site, titled “Patchology,” gives consumers information on patch essentials in an effort to help them understand and make the right decisions.
“We realized, based on consistent feedback from our customers—patch distributors—that they needed a resource to help them sell patches,” said Stephen Liu, CEO at HPI Emblem. “So we created this site for them to learn about patches at their own leisure, as well as forward the link to their clients for all their patch questions. Basically, we wanted to make everyone’s life easier,” Liu continued.
The site, www.patchology.org, offers a selection of courses, from basic classes like “Patch Anatomy” and “How to Apply a Patch” to advanced courses like “Patches vs. Direct Embroidery” and Peelie case studies.
Through educating end-users and raising general awareness about patches, the company hopes www.patchology.org will create a greater demand for patch products, which will benefit the entire industry.
