Health Enterprises' Products Earn American Podiatric Seal of Acceptance
North Attleboro, Massachusetts-based Health Enterprises Inc. announced the company was awarded the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA) Seal of Acceptance for its Therapeutic Foot Massager and Tru-Ice Reusable Ice Therapy.
The APMA Seal of Acceptance program was created to inform Podiatric physicians and consumers about products that safely and effectively promote good foot health. In order to qualify for the Seal, products must pass a scientific evaluation by a panel of APMA members and testing at a recognized laboratory. The results are then evaluated by a committee of doctors of podiatric medicine who decide to grant or deny the use of the seal.
“Both the Therapeutic Foot Massager and Tru-Ice products have been medically proven to bring relief to individuals suffering from foot pain, using the latest technology in over-the-counter foot massage and cold therapy treatments,” said Dr. Ronald D. Jensen, APMA president.
“Health Enterprises is very excited to be recognized with the APMA Seal of Acceptance. The seal is an affirmation of our commitment to develop innovative health-care products that better meet consumer needs,” commented Brendan Leonard, president of Health Enterprises Inc.
