Editor's Picks: Beach Babes

Last weekend, there were parking spots everywhere in Philadelphia. This is a novelty. Finding a free parking spot any time after 6 p.m. on a weekday or any time on a Saturday or Sunday takes a good 45 minutes of investigating before an eventual surrender to a paid lot. But last weekend, spots were open on some of the most populated streets in the city. This perplexed us, until we realized where all of the cars (and drivers) were: the beach.
