Boundless Network Acquires Venture Marketing
Austin-based Boundless Network, a technology-enabled branded merchandise distributor, announced the acquisition of Richmond, Virginia-based distributor Venture Marketing. The deal marks Boundless Network's third acquisition in the past six months.
According to Boundless Network CEO Jason Black, Venture Marketing is a key acquisition as Boundless Network expands its national footprint. “Progressive distributors like Venture Marketing get it,” said Black. “[Venture Marketing CEO] Ryan Andrews and his team understand that Boundless provides a new value proposition for the promotional products industry.” Black continued, “Using the Boundless technology platform, entrepreneurial distributors like Venture will immediately increase their business productivity, add value to their customer relationships and win big in this tough economy.”
