Kendallville Custom Printing Inc. Acquired by The Hagar Corp.
The Hagar Corp., parent company of Specialized Printed Products, eMAGC and Geyer Instructional Products, has acquired the operating assets of Kendallville Custom Printing Inc.
The deal was announced Aug. 30. Kendallville Custom Printing is a long-established printing firm that serves Noble, LaGrange and Steuben counties. Its sales and production operations will be absorbed into Specialized Printed Products at its plant on St. Joseph Boulevard.
The acquisition was facilitated by the Regional Angel Investment Network. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
