That's right. "You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great." I love that quote from Zig Ziglar.

Most of us have already started in this business. Right? So what does this quote mean to you and me? I believe no matter where each of us is right now in our business, in our career there's always another level of greatness each of us could achieve. And achieving that next level of greatness requires us to do something different. We all know that doing the same thing and expecting different results is the definition of insanity.
