PPAI has announced that Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos.com and author of "Delivering Happiness," will give the keynote presentation at The PPAI Expo 2014 keynote in Las Vegas, January 13 to 17, 2014, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center.

The MAGIC Marketplace, Woodland Hills, Calif., announced Zappos' CEO Tony Hsieh will be discussing the critical role customer service plays in the corporate world at the company's seminar series February 16 to 18 in Las Vegas.  In addition, the Port Washington, New York-based NPD Group's analyst Marshal Cohen will explain how fashion businesses must forge ahead in this new decade.
