Avaline, Parsippany, N.J., announced Jeff Reed has been hired as the company's new national sales manager. Reed brings 23 years of experience in the promotional products industry to his new position.

Dowens, a veteran of the licensing industry, joined MediaTree following several years of experience in the fields of strategic marketing, creative advertising and graphic design.
