Louisville, Kentucky-based Stitch Designers announce it will once again be providing the embroidery service for the Garland of Roses, which is presented each year to the winner of the Kentucky Derby. The presentation of the Garland of Roses began in 1896 with a pink and white rose arrangement and has continued since with the current red version since 1932.

SWF East, Tampa, Florida, announced The Embroidery and Direct To Garment Extravaganza 2010 will be held at the Louisville, Kentucky Hilton Garden Inn. June 18 to 19. The two-day education and workshop conference is devoted to apparel decorating.
