Las Vegas-based Visstun, Digispec and CounterPoint have hired industry veteran Mark Shea as National Accounts Manager.

Shea brings over 25 years of sales and marketing experience to Visstun, Digispec and CounterPoint.

CounterPoint announced the company achieved its highest orders to date last year. An 18-percent increase in orders over 2010 propelled the company to a record year for 2011.

PromoMatting by Americo, a manufacturer of promotional floor and counter mats based in Cartersville, Ga., has announced three new multi-line groups to represent the company in the Midwest, Southwest, and Southeast.

Las Vegas-based CounterPoint's Heavy Duty counter mat is now called Super Duty and their Standard Duty mat is now called Heavy Duty. The change was made to align the product names with the evolution of the counter mat market.

Americo Manufacturing this week announced the company has purchased the assets of Custom Textile Printing. Custom Textile Printing is a manufacturer of custom-designed logo mats for the promotional products industry.
