ETS Express Inc. is focusing on "express" this holiday season by adding a follow-up to its highly successful 24-hour rush program called e24. The new offering is known as e48 and provides 48-hour rush service at no additional charge. Orders involving a one-color imprint placed through this new program by 6 p.m. EST (3 p.m. PST) will ship two days after the order is placed.

In response to a year-long surge in activity on its website, Prime Line recently announced that it has made significant improvements to www.primeline.com relating to the overall speed of the site and the search function. The town of Concord, Mass., is in line to be the first in the nation to do just that, now that the state's attorney general has signed off. The bottled water industry, for its part, is considering a lawsuit.
