No injuries have been reported yet, but consumers are instructed to immediately take the recalled pajamas away from children and return them to any UNIQLO store for a full refund.
The pajamas were manufactured in China and sold at UNIQLO stores in New York and New Jersey and online at www.uniqlo.com
