After Jerry O’Boyle’s retirement, Timeplanner continued to thrive under the direction of his six sons: Jim, Tom, Larry, Joe, Tim and Patrick, who together developed the popular JournalBooks line based on the success of the company’s made-to-order philosophy.
Now part of Polyconcept North America, the second largest hard goods supplier in the industry, JournalBooks and Timeplanner Calendars continues its success under the direction of general manager Tim O’Boyle. “I am extremely proud of our entire organization, the opportunities we’ve created for employees, and the many lives that this company has touched,” said O'Boyle on the upcoming anniversary and his personal history with the company. “My dad always said that business goes where it’s invited and stays where it’s appreciated. That’s true of our business, and it’s true about our employees, too.” In its 40-year lifespan, Timeplanner/JournalBooks has retained many happy employees for over two decades, including one of Jerome O’Boyle’s original hires, Cindy Nesbit, JournalBooks quality control manager, who will celebrate her 37th year with the company in January.
