It's a small change, but a good and logical one. The comments and immediate reactions have been overwhelmingly supportive, and we think this is a great way to make air travel more inclusive. Until now, the name badge has been an overlooked opportunity for more branding potential, and Delta is at the forefront of changing this for the better.
