During his tenure, Martin has driven dozens of high-profile initiatives including the re-launch of BDAinc.com and PowerA.com, which have both won several coveted awards as well as the continuation of the company's seven-year record as one of Washington's Best Companies to Work For. Martin also spearheaded the launch of MOGA (the first of its kind mobile gaming controller) and MUNITIO (a premium performance audio brand) under the PowerA umbrella. Notably, he has been an integral part of the founding and management of BDA's 501(c)3 non-profit, the BDA Cares Foundation.
