The group of flight attendants have hired Los Angeles-based law firms Balaban & Spielberger and Kabateck Brown Kellner to represent them.
Additionally, CBS DFW is reporting that American Airlines workers are planning to picket at DFW International Airport in response to a contract issue. So, it's safe to say American Airlines isn't getting the best press lately. However, it is strange that the flight attendants might not involve the company itself in the lawsuit. Seeing as American Airlines CEO responded to the uniform crisis with such lukewarm sentiment, it seems he's getting off easy on this one.
