In a move with direct impact on the promotional product industry, President Obama announced he intends to appoint Inez Moore Tenenbaum as chair of the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), the governmental agency that oversees the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA).
