iPROMOTEu's Ross Silverstein Reflects on Recapitalization
Last week, it was announced that private equity firm Champlain Capital acquired iPROMOTEu from its original private equity owners, Align Capital Partners.
Calling the transaction "a simple financial recapitalization," iPROMOTEu president and CEO Ross Silverstein told Promo Marketing in an email that nothing will change regarding iPROMOTEu's company operations, ensuring it will be "business as usual going forward."
"I have big plans for iPROMOTEu's continued growth, and I am excited to lead our great company and our great team as we move forward to achieve our lofty goals that will further enhance iPROMOTEu's value proposition to our independent distributor affiliates and our network of preferred suppliers," Silverstein said. "It was a record-breaking year for iPROMOTEu in 2022, and I am excited about and looking forward to another strong year in 2023. I am eager to pursue the opportunities that come our way, as well as the possibilities that we imagine."
iPROMOTEu ranked No. 12 in the 2022 Print+Promo Marketing Top Distributors list, reporting 165,015,000 in revenue for 2021.
