Arch Promo Group Acquires HOWW Manufacturing

Arch Promo Group, Roxana, IL, announced that it has acquired HOWW Manufacturing. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Arch Promo Group said in a press release that the acquisition of HOWW, which manufactures the products itself, will expand the company's offerings in the promotional products industry, as HOWW specialized in drinkware items like shot glasses, beer mugs, cups, and more.

"We are excited to grow our portfolio of products and services with the addition of HOWW's industry-leading drinkware, Arch Promo Group's national general manager Steve Ehlert said in a statement. "For nearly 50 years, HOWW Manufacturing has been known for helping to build their customers' brands throughout North America and beyond with innovative drinkware. We will invest in making our combined company stronger, while offering a broader product line to our customers."

Kalamaras will reportedly transition the general manager position of HOWW Manufacturing to Peter Kalamaras.

Last July, Arch Promo Group acquired StrombergBrand Umbrellas, and in May of 2022, the company acquired Drum-Line.
